Your master project would be about:

in unserem High-Tech Laser Start-up
Wir sind ein 16-köpfiges Team, das einzigartige Laser-Systemkomponenten entwickelt, produziert und an Kunden weltweit liefert. Mit unserer Technologie erschließen wir neue Anwendungen – insbesondere in der Mikrobearbeitung – und treiben den Übergang von wissenschaftlichen Märkten in industrielle Anwendungen voran. Unser Firmensitz in Hamburg-Wandsbek ist zentrumsnah und ideal per U-Bahn erreichbar.
Wir benötigen deine Unterstützung als Head of Operations
bei folgenden Tätigkeiten:
Planung, Steuerung, Überwachung der Produktionsabläufe
Sicherstellung von ambitionierten Qualitäts- und Terminzielen
Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Produktionsteams
Bringe deine Stärken bei uns ein, um unsere betriebsabläufe noch reibungsloser zu machen:
Organisationstalent und eine Vorliebe mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig strukturiert abzuarbeiten
Erfahrungen in der Planung und Steuerung von Produktionsabläufen
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Routinierte Kommunikation per E-Mail und am Telefon mit unseren externen Lieferanten (auf Deutsch und Englisch)
Eine Portion Improvisationstalent, um Probleme aus dem Weg zu räumen
