Wir sind ein 9-köpfiges Team, welches einzigartige Laser System Komponenten entwickelt, produziert und an Kunden in der gesamten Welt liefert. Unser Firmensitz in Hamburg ist zentrumsnah (Dulsberg) gelegen und ideal durch eine S1-Haltestelle angebunden.
Wir benötigen deine Unterstützung als Fachkraft für Büromanagement
bei folgenden Tätigkeiten:
Wareneinkauf
Internationale Versandabwicklung
Auftragsbestätigung und Rechnungsstellung
Messevorbereitung
Finanzbuchhaltung
Bringe deine Stärken bei uns ein, um unsere betriebsabläufe noch reibungsloser zu machen:
Ein Organisationstalent und eine Vorliebe mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig strukturiert abzuarbeiten
Routinierte Kommunikation per E-Mail und am Telefon mit unseren externen Dienstleistern
(auf Deutsch und Englisch)
Eine Portion Improvisationstalent, um Probleme aus dem Weg zu räumen
